Order Processing Time
Once you place the order from our website, you will receive the invoice via email or a message.
Aloe Love Orders: We make a new batch of Aloe Love once a week, only for the orders we get. Since we do not keep stock, we dispatch only once a week. As usual, we will announce our weekly Aloe Love dispatch date on the top of our website. You will get the parcel in 2/5 (excludes weekends and holidays) business days from the dispatch date.
Other Orders: They are generally shipped within 2-4 business (excludes weekends and holidays) days. You will get the parcel in 2/8 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) from the dispatch date.
Processing times are subject to change based on order volume and other changes and/or delays will be posted on the website.
P.S: Our delivery partner does not offer deliveries on Sundays.
We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
- Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier and paid by you directly.
- We do not add any handling or administrative fees to the shipping costs.
- The delivery charges should be selected by the customer during the order placement process.
Cash in Advance
- The buyer to make 25% of the total bill, upfront in order to initiate the delivery process.
- Bank Transfer is will only be available for selection as a Payment Method. Once you complete the order placement our bank details will be displayed with the order confirmation message. Notify us once you have made payment and we will process your order.
- Always use the order number as a remark on your transfer and mention it when you send the payment proof to us.
- If we do not receive your payment for the order within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Banking / Transaction charges
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees that a bank may incur. We are not able to determine the amount of these fees. Any deduction due to any reason will not be refunded. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s transaction restrictions/requirements before placing your order.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/message notification with the parcel tracking number. Availability of tracking service is dependent on the courier provider selected.
Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse customer is subjected to make payments for purchase irrelevant the days it takes to arrive at the location. the customer cannot withhold payments for any reason unless the parcel is damaged.
- We cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it.
- You are responsible for any additional fees charged by the shipping carrier for address corrections or paying a reshipping fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly to the courier services directly.
