Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale, even if unopened.

Damaged Products or Order errors

  • If we have made a mistake regarding the completion of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products.
  • If you are reporting a damaged, leaking or in any way defective product, kindly provide photographic proof of the damaged item or the parcel. In some cases, you will have to return the damaged items at our cost. In items that are damaged in transit, you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs. 
  • Damaged items should be reported to our customer services team as soon as possible and within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  • We will offer a full refund of the product that has been damaged or will resend you a replacement product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund on postage costs where only part of the order is damaged. 
  • Any refunds that fall outside of the above are at the discretion of management.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged or missing product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through a bank transfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

If in case you want to cancel the order after the dispatch (we send a dispatch notification), we will deduct only the delivery fee and refund you the rest.
If you cancel before the dispatch, we will refund the full amount to you.
