Tips for healthy lips
Drink plenty of water

show dryness in your body. Therefore, you need to increase your regular water intake. Apart from that, eat water rich fruits and veggies such as watermelon & cucumber to keep your body hydrated & healthy.
Use a Lip Balm & a Mask

There are no sweat or oil glands on the lips. This means lips do not have the usual protection layer of sweat and oils to keep them smooth and moisturized.
Therefore, you need to use a good lip balm or a lip mask .Regular use of a lip balm can lock the lip moisture in lips and help protect the lip skin and make them more effective.
Lip Balms keep your lips moisturize and ease pain caused by chapped or dry lips. Apply whenever you feel to hydrate your lips, even before applying a lipstick.
You can go for a lip mask if there is extreme dryness that needs a little extra love to your lips. It's usually a overnight treatment, leaving them healthy, soft and nourished.
Consider a Humidifier

A room heated by a furnace can have as little as 10 percent moisture, but a humidifier keeps moisture circulating, which can help skin retain its natural moisture. In general, the ideal humidity level in your home should be between 30 and 50 percent.
Humidity in this range may help you control asthma and allergy symptoms, relieve congestion, minimize the risks of catching a cold, and help control dry skin.
